These terms cover the Woge website and the early-access list.

Using the Woge app in Shopify will be covered by its own terms, shown when you install it.

The early-access list

• Joining is free. It doesn't create an account or commit you to anything.
• We will email you once when your invite is ready. We don't promise a launch date.
• You can leave the list at any time by emailing us.

The founding offer

If you join the list before Woge launches on the Shopify App Store and then install Woge, your shop keeps using Woge free of charge for as long as Woge is offered.

• The offer applies to the shop that installs Woge with the email address you joined with. If you install with a different email address, email us and we will match it.
• Changes to these terms will not take the founding offer away from shops that have already joined.

Using this website

• The website describes Woge as it is planned. Features may change before launch.
• Please don't misuse the website or the form, for example by signing up other people without their permission or by sending automated sign-ups.

Liability

We provide this website as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Trademarks

Shopify and Stocky are trademarks of Shopify Inc. Woge is an independent app and is not made or endorsed by Shopify.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
